Your posture is your presence in life. Strong posture conveys dominance, health, and vision. Poor posture is weak, feeble, and unreliable. 

This program is a 12-week endeavor on building your posterior and posture, specifically the glutes, hamstrings, and calves.

You will be performing the most effective exercises for glutes, hamstrings, and low back. Your ass will be harder, better, faster, and stronger at the end of 12 weeks.

Training is 5 days weekly, and requires access to a fully equipped commercial gym.
