Who Is this Program for?
Simple, this program is for women who want to look good naked, build a booty, and can commit to being in the gym 3 days a week for 1 hour
It trains the entire body, and it places priority on the lower body, especially the glutes.
This program is 3 days a week. It provides clear direction on what to do, and what not to do with training and nutrition.
You WILL need a gym membership, its not a "home workout" program.
The workouts within are simple and uncomplicated. They prioritize the lower body, and they train the upper body enough to stimulate some muscle growth and the coveted “tone”.
The diet advice is straightforward and clear to follow. You will learn what to eat, and what to avoid.
This program will deliver fantastic results for any woman just starting out lifting and is ready to put in the necessary work and follow the program.
FYI, again you will need a gym. This is not a home routine to be done with only bodyweight and a single pair of dumbbells.
