Q: How Do I get Started?
A: After purchase, you will be sent a questionnaire to fill out. You will be emailed within 48 hours. A member of the AJAC team will contact you.
Q: How much does coaching cost?
A: Coaching is paid for quarterly, in 12 week increments. For serious people who are All-In on transformation, you can invest in 6 months or 12 months upfront for a lower monthly rate.
Q: How does the coaching work?
A: After receiving your program, you have unlimited messaging and email correspondence with the coaching team. Form check videos and any questions you have can be answered daily. Please allow up to 48 hours for response.
Q: Do I need to be a member of a Gym to do the coaching?
A: Preferentially YES. I do not claim to get optimal results with one two dumbbells and a resistance band.
Q: Can I be a vegetarian or vegan?
A: No. No exceptions.
Q: Can you help me rehab an injury?
A: No. Coaching is not physical therapy or rehabilitation. We suggest seeing the appropriate specialist for that.
Q: What are the expectations for Clients?
A: You will be expected to correspond in a timely fashion, send your weekly checkins, and follow the prescribed training program as it is written.
We provide the structure and resources and accountability. Execution is your responsibility. Please communicate if there is an issue.
The Coaching is NOT for LAZY people.
