Each of these programs is hypertrophy focused, constructed using the latest guidelines on volume and rep ranges for achieving maximum muscle hypertrophy.

What is inside MMP

✅ Mass Mayhem: a 6-month program that uses Brig20 Exercises and double weekly frequency. You will NEED a fully equipped gym to do this program

✅ 70s Bulk: a 70s-inspired barbell, dumbbells, and bodyweight-based program that uses a supercharged version of 5x5 training with once-a-week training frequency for maximum recovery.

✅ Thor Program: A Hollywood-inspired total body transformation training 6x a week over 6 months to bulk up as quickly as possible,

✅ Overkill Program: A 2010s high-volume Mountain Dog style program using a classical bro split, 4 days of lifting each week using the upper limits of volume per workout, with moderate to high rep ranges.
