HFT is a one month (30 day) group training experiment for MEN who want to utilize high frequency training for biceps and triceps development.
And to be clear, this is an EXPERIMENT.
It is for dedicated men only, who will provide height, weight, and circumference measurement data, and will submit their results at the end of 30 days.
You will in essence be participating in an informal study, led by myself, testing the scientific efficacy of High Frequency Training.
This first HFT experiment will be Biceps and Triceps
Upon joining, you will have access to
-A private training channel (in telegram)
-Training program
-Daily videos and checkins with myself on program execution
-instructions on how to submit before and after data
Requirements:
You MUST
-have at least 1 year of consistent training experience (No novice lifters)
-have access well equipped commercial gym
-Not to be dieting for fat loss (this is not a fat loss diet group)
-Be 100% willing and able to submit height, weight, circumference measurements of the arms, before and after photos
