How would I train to build as much muscle as possible, and get as strong as possible, while minimizing the risk of injury?

You want to be stronger. You want to lift heavier weights.

You want to be bigger. You want more mass, more muscles. Bigger arms, shoulders, back, chest, calves, etc.

You want to look GOOD. Wide shoulders, small waist, T-Taper. Every man wants a body that follows the golden ratio.
You want to be Athletic. You want your strength and muscle to be functional in the real world.

BZP omits the Barbell, and Introduces a New Standard for Strength across a "Big 4" of weighted bodyweight movements

To date, I have had over 55,000 individuals use my digital training programs.

I began experimenting with removing the barbell from peoples programs. I replaced it with other exercises.

And I discovered swiftly that common complaints, like low back pain, or hip stiffness, or shoulder pain, or pec strains, low back strains…they STOPPED. 

Especially for lifters over the age of 40, training without the barbell was a godsend for some of them.
