3. Alex's controlled, heavy ass decline DB presses would make Doug Brignole jealous. And he can squat a mini planet with these giant quads.

4. On his 47th birthday, Eric G did 31 chin-ups before his 4 kids. By the time he was done, the kids turned to fully grown adult lions waiting their turn at the pull up bar.

5. General Jay takes his 12 year old son with him to the gym so he could grow stronger than him. But he himself trains much harder and has no plans of slowing time anytime soon.

Jay: "As my sons get older, I realize my job is to preserve that life and energy in them until they are adults. That's the job. Protect that joy of living, that masculine energy so they can enter manhood complete."

6. Brian joined the group last year. On his 21st birthday he had this to say:

7. Bhavan is declaring war on obesity to avenge his father and grandfather's death due to diabetes. He's already lost a ton of fat, but is now on another run of my Accelerated Fat Loss program so he could get his 6 packs, which he wants to dedicate to Lord Shiva.

8. J is a software dev who's focused on moving from the 9-5 to the freelance world. He shared a big win recently.

He also happens to be a ripped, parkour practicing martial artist.
