I've wanted to enroll in one of your coaching programs for a while, but I'm not sure if this is the right one. I'm 40 y/o, male, 6'2", 195 lb. and could lose some fat (I'm probably around 20% body fat right now). I've seen some moderate muscle gains with your Tall Man program, but I'm not sure what I need to optimize in order to stay around 200 lb. at 15% body fat. FYI; I've experimented with diet for years and can't consume too many carbs without taking the edge off of cognitive function, therefore, I eat a lot of beef. Is this the right program for me, or perhaps you can recommend another that is better suited to my goals?
