The AJAC Bro Nutrition Plan and Coaching is an entirely custom, 12 Week, 1on1 service that is offered to only a limited number of individuals.
This plan is for SERIOU Men who want to gain measurable muscle mass,
OR for those Men who wanted measured and managed fat loss over a sustained period of 12 weeks.
The Bro-Nutrition Coaching is NOT for LAZY people
Let me be very very very clear in what this coaching requires
1. You will be weighing yourself every day
2. You will be taking weekly progress pics
3. You will be weighing and measuring ALL of your meals in the beginning, and must know how to weigh and measure. After the first week this process becomes fairly automatic
4. You will have a weekly grocery list of shopping that needs to be done to stock up on the necessary foods. I do not want to hear that you missed getting groceries and went to Outback for dinner.
5. You will NOT be given "easy choices on how to eat the foods you love" or hand-holding or bullshitting about "lose fat effortlessly".
If the goal is fat loss, you will be dieting for FAT LOSS, in a calorie deficit, and you will eventually be hungry.
If the goal is muscle gain, YOU ARE EATING ALL THE FOOD. I DONT CARE IF ITS A LOT OF FOOD, YOU ARE EATING IT.
6. You will be expected to stay ON PLAN, follow the program, and contact me if there are issues.
7. You will be eating similar meals all the time. I dont give a fuck what you think about "needing variety" because you're bored. GTFO
8. There is no intermittent fasting in my fat loss programming. Dont apply for this if you want to do IF. Do that yourself.
9. There is no intermittent fasting and muscle gain dieting. Again, do that yourself with someone else.
10. Don't apply if you're a vegetarian or vegan. Go be someone else's problem child.
11. You are eating multiple times a day, at minimum 3 meals, and most likely 4-5 if you are a larger individual. If thats a problem for you...dont apply
12. It is assumed you are training while doing this coaching. If you need a program, you can select any of my current plans complementary, or I can design you one. I will assist you in this
13. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE BOWEL ISSUES, MEDICAL ISSUES, GIRLFRIEND ISSUES, WIFE ISSUES, FAMILY ISSUES, OR ANY OTHER KIND OF ISSUES. YOU EITHER KNOW YOU CAN COMMIT, OR YOU CANT. PICK ONE.
14. DO NOT apply if you have no idea how to cook and the prospect of preparing a meal using a heat source and a pan is difficult for you. Im assuming you have fundamental cooking skills and dont need to be told how to sear meat or make rice, etc etc. If you are that brotarded...dont apply.
15. Again, DISCIPLINE. This is for Disciplined men who can follow a plan and execute with extreme prejudice.
If the goal is fat loss, we are aiming for 1-2lbs of fat loss every week.
If its muscle gain, we are aiming for 0.5-1lb of weight gain every week.
You are expected to train like your life depends on it
You will have Unlimited email support (allow 24-48 hours for responses), and whatsapp (allow 12-24 hours for response)
We will check in by email every week on Friday or Saturday. Changes will be made based on the results seen week to week.
To reiterate, this is 1on1 coaching program that is 12 weeks, ie 3 months, in length.
