Summer Training

Whats up people, 

Summer is arriving at the end of this month, in a little over 2 weeks. 

I know that many of you that are lazy or unfocused with training right now are inevitably going to want to get serious again about the gym, and I'll get DMs of "what program do you recommend?" and listing out their physical stats and how they want to be leaner and harder looking

Why not stop bullshitting yourself and GET SERIOUS NOW??

Achilles Elysium was released this monday, and its fucking IDEAL for strength gain, muscle gain, and achieving a recomposition effect (assuming you clean up your diet of course). 

My shit works, I dont need to belabor that point. If you do the program, you will have results.
